Kiss99 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Account Eligibility

The kiss99 platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following requirements without exception. We enforce this strictly through an identity verification (KYC) process conducted during and after registration.

• An individual (not a company, bot, or business entity) registering in a personal capacity.

2 Account Registration & Security

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the kiss99 platform. Opening multiple accounts with the intention of claiming bonuses or circumventing betting limits is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information may result in account closure without a refund.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the kiss99 support team. Any balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal subject to completed KYC verification.

Kiss99 also reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any player in the following situations:

• Confirmation that registration information is false or misleading.

• Multiple accounts detected under the same name or device.
